Mossy Creek Pottery
Mossy Creek Pottery was founded in 1972 on six acres bordering the
beautiful Siletz Bay wildlife refuge. Located just one half mile off U.S.
Highway 101, Mossy Creek is easily found as you travel on Immonen road
through a forest of spruce and hemlock.

Mossy Creek Pottery is owned by Dan and Susan Wheeler. Dan, a potter
for over 30 years maintains a studio on the grounds as does wife Susan, a fused
glass artist. Along with Dan and Susan's art, Mossy Creek features the works of
40 of the Northwest's finest potters.
You will find a wide array of both functional and decorative pieces. That
includes dinnerware, serving pieces, baking dishes, lamps, platters and vases,
all available in a variety of glazes and individual styles. Maybe it's a cup for
your morning coffee, a bowl for your favorite soup or salad, a plate or platter
to grace your wall. It could be a vase to fill with your favorite garden flowers
or a textured glass chain for a window or garden.
Mossy Creek Pottery has that special hand made piece available in every
price range.
Our friendly staff can assist you in finding that unique piece for gifts
or any occasion. Mossy Creek Pottery has been a must stop for many regular
customers for nearly forty years, and a new found gem for those visiting for
the first time. Come visit one of Oregon's coastal treasures and enjoy the lush
surroundings and wonderful pottery both indoors and out.
